Congratulations to Sharp’s UK End User Sales Team, who have been named finalists for Channel Team of the Year at the AV Awards 2026.
The recognition celebrates the team’s consultative approach to supporting customers and partners, helping organisations navigate increasingly complex AV and workplace technology requirements.
Working across key sectors including Legal & Professional Services, Higher Education, Retail, Finance, Insurance and MOD, the team engages early with end users, consultants and integrators to understand project requirements and bring together the right expertise from across Sharp. From technology guidance and AV design support through to demonstrations and proof of concept, they work collaboratively with partners to help develop solutions that meet both immediate needs and longer-term objectives.
The team is led by Ashleigh Harding, Sales Manager, alongside Samantha Bews, Kate Butcher and Sian Cotty, with support from Sharp’s wider specialist teams. Their approach is built around strong customer relationships, early engagement and knowledge sharing, while also contributing to mentoring and initiatives that support greater diversity within the AV industry.
The AV Awards 2026 winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 6 November 2026 at Battersea Evolution, London.
