Sharp to Showcase Immersive PCAP Touch Display Experiences with eyefactive at ISE 2026
Munich, 21 January, 2026 – Sharp Display Solutions Europe, the audio-visual technology business division of Sharp Europe, will showcase immersive, application driven touch display experiences at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, taking place from the 3rd – 6th February 2026 at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via, Spain.
Exhibiting under the theme, “Focus - Now and Beyond”, Sharp will demonstrate how its latest display technologies are engineered for precision, reliability, long-term value and sustainable operations. Central to the showcase will be an innovative 55” PCAP touch table application, launched in collaboration with interactive touchscreen pioneer eyefactive GmbH.
Bringing interactive storytelling to life
Designed as a hands-on exploration of Sharp’s display capabilities, the 55” PCAP touch table allows ISE visitors to intuitively navigate through Sharp’s comprehensive product and solution portfolio. Powered by eyefactive’s customisable and interactive touchscreen software, the application reflects Sharp’s commitment to reliable and user-focused design. The installation uses eyefactive’s Taurus table stand, seamlessly integrating into the overall Sharp stand design.
“Interactive touch technology plays an increasingly important role in how organisations present information and engage users in point of sale, information, entertainment, and collaborative environments,” said Daniela Dexheimer, Section Manager Product Management Collaboration Technologies at Sharp Display Solutions Europe. “At ISE 2026, we’re excited to showcase the new Sharp MultiSync® M2 Series PCAP touch displays, with a special highlight on our 55” PCAP touch table application developed in partnership with eyefactive – demonstrating how Sharp’s focus on precision, reliability and long-term value translates into intuitive, high-quality touch experiences for public and commercial environments.”
Collaboration that brings hardware and software together
eyefactive provides the interactive software layer for the Sharp 55” PCAP touch table, enabling dynamic, multiuser engagement across a large format touchscreen. The solution demonstrates how software driven interactions can enhance digital signage, wayfinding and collaborative use cases across sectors such as retail, museums and public spaces.
“Our goal is to create interactive experiences that are intuitive, engaging and scalable,” said Johannes Ryks, CEO at eyefactive GmbH. “Together with Sharp, we are showing how powerful multitouch software and high-performance PCAP displays can work seamlessly together to create compelling touch applications that attract attention and encourage exploration.”
