Care-free installation with optional services beyond the standard

Support+ reduces the customer’s risk of product damage during the installation phase.

If accidental damage occurs during installation, Sharp will take care of the replacement within the Support+ promise.

 

  • Optional for dedicated displays and projectors
  • Exchange service for countries of the European Union, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Iceland
  • Collect-Repair-Return (CRR) service for selected countries within EMEA
  • Dead on Arrival (DOA) term extended to 45 days after delivery
  • Replacement with a new unit in case accidental damage occurs during installation within 45 days after delivery
  • Replacement with the same model within the first 12 months of warranty
  • Replacement or repair in case of accidental mechanical damage due to external influences
